Quarry Rock is a pretty cool hike. The end is a view looking at Deep Cove and the local downtown area. It is a mild to moderate hike.
You start off entering the train from the residential area and it is a pretty good chunk of uphill. The trail has a lot of wooden steps and bridges. The good thing is that you are traveling in the woods, so you are pretty covered from the sun.
