Osaka Loop Line
The Osaka Loop line stations make intercity travel within Osaka really good. Mosty everything that is central to downtown Osaka is covered. The Loop line stations all have eki stamps too!
I’ve gotten one or 2 on my previous trips while passing through. Once I got into stamping, I really wanted to get a whole set.
March 2024 – I was only staying in Osaka for a few days and so before I headed towards Fukuoka, I got some eki stamps. The problem was, I was trying to get every eki stamp at every station. Osaka station (Umeda-Osaka, Umeda, Nishi-Umeda) was a perfect example where I went EVERYWHERE to get stamps from each railway. Those stamps were spread out within those complex big stations. For the JR stations, I didn’t get much.
July 2024 – I got to accomodations in Osaka pretty late last year (2024). It was around 9:30pm and I figure while I go out to get something to eat, get a few stations stamps. I figure throughout the week, get some here and there. Once I started, I figured that I should just get them all done before I sleep for the rest of the night.
I also got the few stations within the Loop line stations, but I didn’t realize I missed one (Shin-Fukushima station).
There are also some stations within the Osaka Loop. I got Namba station twice due to staying in the area

I’ve also gotten some stations that were within the North part of the Osaka Loop:

Also the Shinkansen station: Shin-Osaka station

I definitely enjoyed getting these stamps in succession. This made it easy to keep track of with stations that I got and others I didn’t or missed. I do wish that there was an official Osaka Loop line stamp book.
